Mr Allen毕业于新加坡南洋理工大学工程荣誉学士，拥有逾二十年跨行业创业经验，涵盖金融投资教育、餐饮连锁、直销及企业顾问等领域。他曾在东南亚及澳大利亚带领逾十万人的团队，并荣获马来西亚十大杰出青年创意企业家等多项荣誉。如今，Allen担任QCM Holdings Pte Ltd首席执行官——该公司是全球最大蕲艾生产企业湖北蕲艾集团旗下的新加坡国际拓展平台。他正以丰富的创业经验为基础，致力于打造世界级中医健康品牌，将艾灸疗愈之道带入东盟及全球千家万户。

Allen is a Nanyang Technological University honours graduate with over two decades of cross-industry entrepreneurial experience spanning financial investment education, F&B, consumer market development, distribution strategy, and corporate advisory. Having built and led large-scale teams of over 100,000 across Southeast Asia, Australia, and beyond, he has earned recognition including Malaysia's Top 10 Outstanding Young Creative Entrepreneur Award.

Today, as CEO of QCM Holdings Pte Ltd, Allen is leading the company's international business development. QCM Holdings Pte Ltd is the international business development platform of Singapore-listed SDAI Limited and Hubei Qiai Group, the world's largest producer of Qichun Mugwort. Through QCM, Allen is channelling his entrepreneurial expertise into building a world-class wellness platform, bringing high-quality Qichun Mugwort-based health solutions to homes and communities across ASEAN and beyond, while laying a strong foundation for the company's broader expansion into health management and long-term healthy living.

Mr. Tan Wei Chee ("Mr. Tan") was appointed as the Company's Chief Financial Officer on 13 May 2026. He is responsible for overseeing the Group's financial strategy, treasury and taxation functions, financial reporting, as well as corporate and regulatory matters.

A highly accomplished finance professional, Mr. Tan has more than sixteen years of relevant professional experience in auditing, financial management and corporate finance. He began his career with Deloitte & Touche LLP, where he served in the audit practice and was promoted to Audit Manager prior to his departure in 2015.

From 2016 to 2022, Mr. Tan served as the Financial Controller of Biolidics Limited, where he played a key role in the company's successful listing on the SGX-ST Catalist Board in 2018. Subsequently, from 2022 to 2026, he was the Financial Controller of Clearbridge Health Limited, overseeing the group's financial reporting, compliance and finance functions.

Mr. Tan holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University and is a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants.

She is a self-made entrepreneur with an inspiring career journey—from a professional beautician to a successful business owner. With over 20 years of hands-on experience in beauty and wellness operations, she has founded and successfully managed seven of her own 7 outlets. Recognizing the immense potential of the moxibustion industry, Chris firmly believes it represents the next blue ocean in wellness. She is committed to bringing her extensive operational expertise and proven management experience to build and elevate moxibustion center operations across Southeast Asia.

Mr. Gary Zhang Yuxuan深耕销售与市场拓展多年，跨多行业积累实战经验，先后参与品牌体系搭建、招商加盟运营及自主创业，深度熟悉新加坡与东南亚市场。因缘结缘蕲艾，正式投身大健康赛道。于我而言，这绝非一份普通工作，而是值得长期深耕的终身事业。何其有幸能参与这份兼具文化与健康价值的事业，未来我将携手团队，合力打造高端中医药养生标杆品牌，传递传统艾灸疗愈文化，让世界爱上中国蕲艾，让艾灸走进全球千家万户。

With years of experience in sales and market development across diverse industries, I have taken part in brand building, franchise operation and independent entrepreneurship, and possess in-depth insights into the markets of Singapore and Southeast Asia.

Fate brought me to Qi Ai (mugwort) and led me into the big health industry. This is far more than a job to me — it is a lifelong career worth devoting myself to.

I feel honored to be part of this meaningful undertaking. Together with my team, we aim to build a top-tier TCM wellness brand, spread the healing power of moxibustion, let the world fall in love with Chinese mugwort, and bring moxibustion therapy to every household worldwide.

Mr Ng Kheng Jen ("Mr Ken") was appointed as the Company's Acting Chief Financial Officer on 6 May 2024. He is responsible for the Group's financial and management accounting, treasury, taxation, and other corporate and regulatory compliance matters. Subsequently, on 13 May 2026, he was redesignated as the Group's Financial Controller.

Mr Ken is an accomplished financial executive with a proven track record of strategic leadership and financial expertise. With over nine years of experience in finance and accounting, he has played a pivotal role in driving the financial success of various organisations.

Before joining the Company, Mr Ken was the Acting Group CFO of USP Group Limited, a company listed on the Catalist board of the SGX-ST, and the Audit Assistant Manager of Baker Tilly TFW LLP and KPMG PLT.

Mr Ken holds a Degree in Finance and Accounting from Swinburne University of Technology and graduated in March 2015.

黄挽元博士长期于新加坡及马来西亚从事中医临床工作，并积极投入中医教育、健康讲座及社区公益服务，相关教学与推广活动包括新加坡、马来西亚、中国大陆及台湾。分享内容包括艾灸养生、中医基础理论、阴阳平衡、五行养生、气息养生、四季养生、饮食调养、刮痧疗法及身心健康管理等，致力于传播中医养生智慧，推动健康教育，提升大众健康意识。 长期关注艾草品质与艾灸应用，重视优质艾草原料的甄选及传统艾灸文化的传承。基于共同的发展理念与愿景，与QCM展开合作，共同推动艾灸养生文化的发展，并以传统艾灸智慧为本，结合现代研究与品质管理，推广规范、专业的艾灸应用与健康教育，促进艾灸文化在东南亚及国际市场的发展。 希望透过专业教育、规范推广及国际交流，让更多人认识艾灸文化的价值，共同推动中华养生智慧的传承与发展，为大众健康贡献一份力量。
